“I praise God that he empowered you to write your book! I truly appreciate the section on writing the story of my convincing. As an African-American child, I grew up in neighborhood where white people were mistrusted and hated. I can remember feeling such intense hatred due to real and sometimes imagined offenses even after I gave my life to Christ. But as I grew up and started to read scripture in depth, 1 Jn 4:19-21 became increasingly convicting. How could I love the Lord and dislike others simply because they failed to maintain a "year round tan?" The Lord loved my brothers and sisters of ALL colors, how could I not follow His lead? I praise God for the insight and thank you for your obedience in writing the book. "
